We have three stores located in north Seattle (Greenlake), Bellevue and Lynnwood. Our business is growing and we need highly motivated individuals who share our passion for the outdoors and interest in selling / servicing a fun, environmentally sound product. We are looking for both full and part time people with the following experience / qualifications:
Service ? we are looking for people who have prior experience as a service mechanic in a retail cycling establishment. Applicants should have good technical skills that can be demonstrated during the interview process.
Sales ? we are looking for people who have a passion for cycling or related outdoor activities. Applicants must have good communication skills, a friendly attitude and an ability to provide a high level of customer service. Sales staff assists our consumers in evaluating, selecting and purchasing cycling related equipment. Prior retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Our staff members are provided a competitive hourly wage based on prior experience, ability and aptitude. We offer a company sponsored health insurance program, vacation allowance and a generous employee purchase program. We are looking for people who can start anytime over the next 2 weeks to 45 days.
