We sell high quality Indian products such as incense, handicrafts & more to retail stores all over the country. We are expanding our business and looking to hire qualified and motivated individuals to help us continue to grow.
An Inside Sales/Customer Service Employee is someone who is responsible, motivated and takes pride in their work. Make a big difference at a growing small business!
Job Description:
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Maintain relationships with key customers
- Generate new sales and customers
- Take orders from customers via phone, e-mail & fax
- Enter orders into our computer system
- Call customers for re-orders
- Help resolve customer issues
- Schedule freight shipments
Qualifications:
- Professionalism on the phone & e-mail
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in sales & customer service
- Comfortable using computers
- Team Player
- Punctual & Dependable
- Self-starter and Flexible
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
