A Bookkeeper at mAccounting will be assigned to several client companies and will be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping functions.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable (create and send invoices, post payments, send customer statements)
Accounts Payable (set up vendors, enter bills, post payments)
Payroll (through use of third party provider)
Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis
Recurring journal entries
Review and implementation of process improvements
Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of bookkeeping experience required
Organized with great attention to detail
Proficient with technology
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients with minimal supervision
Good working knowledge of QuickBooks
Customer service focused
Proficient with MS Office products
Degree in Accounting preferred but not required
Valid driver's license
