Property Manager, Part-time, Flexible Hours Job Opening in Bloomington, Indiana - Part-time Apartment Property Manager for a local Bloomington complex
We are looking for someone to oversee the full management responsibilities of this property including the follow items:
Responsibilities:
Showing apartments and answering prospective residents? questions about pricing
Prepare leases and receive rent payments.
Provide feedback and ideas for effective advertising and other options to broaden the visibility of apartments.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and other questions from residents.
Enter all applicable information into property management software. Provide monthly reports from this software.
Post and interact with tenants and pertinent university clubs on social networks to enhance presence.
Receive and open mail, bills, etc and submit to accountant.

We are offering a part-time ( 12-15 hrs /wk), flexible schedule along with great property is 4 years old and has been fully occupied every year. We are looking for the right candidate who will take a personal interest in our residents and make sure that the property and tenants are taken care of.
