Executive Director Job Opening in Bismarck, North dakota - The Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Orchestra Association (BMOA) has a current opening for an Executive Director. This position reports to the Board of Directors. The Executive Director oversees all operations and activities of our Symphony Orchestra and Youth Orchestra. Must have outstanding organization and leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. A strong financial and accounting background is also preferred. Applicant will provide all necessary clerical and administrative input for maintaining financial records. Individual will be responsible for reporting to the BMOA Board of Directors and thoroughly committed to the BMOA?s mission. Multi-tasking skills are required to work with multiple concerts on a daily basis. Required experience:
A minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent, preferably in business, marketing, management or organizational leadership.
Demonstrated ability to oversee and collaborate with other team members
Ability to interface and engage diverse volunteers and donor groups
Skills to collaborate with and motivate Board members and other volunteer
