We are seeking an energetic and talented General Manager to lead the team toward company goals and vision. Job Description: ? The primary goal is guest satisfaction ? Managing/leading activities of the staff ? Proactively executing flawless customer satisfaction ? Finding training opportunities through daily activities ? Inspiring the staff to look at job responsibilities through the guest perspective ? Staff development Required Skills: ? Proactive guest relations skills ? Knowledge of restaurant POS system management operations ? An open availability is desirable (days, nights, weekends) ? Must be committed to our mission and culture Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years management experience as a General Manager in an upscale casual dining environment Must have experience managing in a high volume restaurant as a General Manager Must be passionate about the food and beverage industry, ?guest-obsessed,? have a keen sense of urgency and are detail-oriented. Must be able to solve complex issues and plan for using hands on methods. Prior training experience a must.
