Job Summary
Part-Time employee. 2 days/week visiting 12-18 accounts.
Fine Wine Sales: To maximize the sale and distribution divisional of supplier brands to the trade and consumer through effective territory planning, selling, merchandising and communicating that permits achievement of company and supplier objectives
General Accountabilities
Sends all clients visited a recap of meeting via e-mail with Price book
E-mails in a weekly Recap via e-mail with results of weekly calls, tastings and mileage
Manages and grows existing accounts Sells additional Products to new clients
Aids in process of obtaining new customer paperwork. New Customer form and Resale Certificate Required for all new customers.
Aids in updating buyer contact and AP contact for accounts.
Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services. Weekly Visits: Part time 12-18 customers-Weekly (required to work 2 days a week. Tuesday and Wed or Wed and Thursday from 10am to 6pm)
Handles queries about company products and services
Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products
Plans for and attending trade shows to establish new business
Plans and organizes wine events with Clients to promote products
Implement and maintain up-to-date accurate records of sales, competitive activity and payment performances of all accounts in assigned territory.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service
Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Collects past due invoices
Skills
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competencies
Ability to take initiative and problem solve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to actively engage in conversations with clients
Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner
Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs, outlook, Facebook, email, excel, word, and publisher.
Attention to detail
Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
Physical Demands
Occasionally required to sit, walk, and Drive. Must have a Valid driver's license and maintain Car Insurance $100,000/$300,000 in automobile liability insurance and $50,000 in property damage at all times.
Part time sales must visit 12 -18 accounts weekly
Occasionally required to lift moderate weights (25-50 pounds)
Participate in monthly meetings on Fridays at end or beginning of the month.
Work Environment
Exposure to outside weather conditions

Compensation: Commission Only + Mileage
