HERMES LANDSCAPING is a privately owned green industry business leader in the Kansas City metropolitan area with an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, talented individual with a strong background in providing technical support on hardware and software issues, troubleshooting and providing network support who also enjoys managing all IT functions at an optimal level. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide application support solutions on industry standard applications (MS Office Windows) and company specific software.
Manage a multiple server, multi-site, Windows Client/Server, LAN/WAN based environment and interface with vendors.
Advanced knowledge of and ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows SQL Server and telecommunication and cell phone management.
Manage the office equipment to include copiers, fax machines, voicemail, cellphone and telephones.
Provide support of Accounting system, Enterprise software, and website.
Provide support of other technical systems such as alarm systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor?s Degree in CS, CE or Business Administration / Management with an emphasis in Information Systems or Information Technology or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of Systems Administrator Experience
Knowledge and experience with remote workstations
Minimum of 5+ years of experience with server hardware, backup solutions, system monitoring solutions
Experience in various operating systems; Windows preferred
Knowledge and experience with WAN/LAN/Internet technologies
Must be able to work with third-party vendors
