Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Milpitas, California - Business Development Manager Job Responsibility: - Responsible for prospecting and developing new customers. Responsible for revenue growth per established sales target. Responsible for converting leads/prospects to customers - Providing customer service and be responsive to customer' needs - Bring RFQs per established target and work with customers to win the quotes - Provide timely quotations to customers/prospects - Participate in Trade Shows and other marketing activities such as Lunch-and Learn, etc - Provide Management with applicable sales/market information through various reporting methods - Use and maintain customer information and sales activities in ZOHO CRM - Gain knowledge of customer potential for current and future business for forecasting as well as tracking the capture - Be involved in all activities related to quotes, orders, problem resolve, etc. - Be able to work in a team environment, interacting and communicating with Operations, Engineering, Accounting, etc - Help build company branding by offering design and technology solutions to help solve customers' interconnect problems - Minimum 25% travel will be expected.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - US citizen - Fluent in written and spoken English - Good email etiquette - Excellent negotiation skills - Good communication and problem solving skills - Self motivated, can work under limited supervision - Willing to take responsibility and work under pressure - Proficient in for prospecting - Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint - Minimum 3 years of business development experience, preferably in PCB industry
