Mike Steven Auto Group is hiring for SALES ASSOCIATES for our New Car and Pre-Owned departments. If you?ve got the horsepower to join a dynamic sales environment and a desire to succeed, apply today. Previous auto sales experience is a plus but is not required. We will train the right candidates! If you have sales experience in other industries, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide.
Sales Associate - Job Responsibilities:
Determine each customer?s vehicle needs and wants by asking the right questions and listening.
Demonstrate vehicles with road tests (must have valid license and good driving record)
Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives and planned activities.
Keep up with incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers.
Maintain a prospect development system, engage in business development.
Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
