Admin & IT - Ankeny Job Opening in Ankeny, Iowa - We are looking for a reliable Admin/IT that will undertake both Administrative, Inventory and IT tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, competent in prioritizing varied tasks throughout the day, and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Admin/IT person will help ensure the smooth running of each store and contribute in driving sustainable growth.

Admin/IT Responsibilities:
The Admin/IT person is expected to meet or exceed company goals by providing clear direction and setting a positive example for attitude, professionalism and work ethic. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Office & Inventory Admin Responsibilities (95%):
Review daily ticket data including updating of all daily stat spreadsheets.
Review time sheet data to be submitted to Accounting for payroll processing.
Perform weekly to buy runs for all store local supplies.
Perform purchasing, receiving and entering of all store inventory and supply items.
Perform monthly physical inventory counts.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
IT Admin Responsibilities (5%):
Troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered with store workstation hardware, software and connectivity.
Oversee the repair/replacement of defective IT hardware and escalate to appropriate 3rd-party and perform RMA procedures as needed.
Maintain all local workstation software and hardware licensing to ensure compliance.
Maintain and update IT documentation of procedures and configurations.
Requirements:
Admin/IT Qualifications:
Customer Service: Must have the skills & discipline needed to be consistently friendly and courteous with customers.
Computers: Computer hardware and Microsoft Office knowledge and ability to work with a retail POS systems.
Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field preferred.
Admin/IT Experience:
Proven: Experience managing office, inventory and IT functions.
Accounting: Experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting very helpful.
Retail: Prior retail and customer service experience helpful.
Automotive: Dealership experience strongly encouraged to apply.
Admin/IT Competencies:
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with employees, vendors and management.
Initiative: Ability to prioritize and keep busy with pending tasks. Does the job 100%, 100% of the time.
Organized: Ability to stay organized each day to maintain quality.
Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritize, be attentive to details and follow through to completion multiple concurrent tasks.
Confidentiality: A commitment to propriety and confidentiality.
Alertness: Ability to be aware of pending items or tasks that need to be accomplished.
Admin/IT Physical Qualifications:
Stamina: Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces, like concrete floors, and work in both hot and cold environments in which you may frequently experience loud noises or exhaust.
Mobility: Ability to jog or run, push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items.
Lifting: Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds.
Driver?s License: Must have a valid and current driver?s license.

Pay:
$18k-$32k ($8-$15+/hr) starting based on exp & certs
PLUS incentives after 90 days
PLUS full-time benefits (medical & retirement)
