Customer Service - Bilingual 2nd Shift Job Opening in greensboro, North Carolina - Customer Service - Bilingual 2nd Shift Bright Services is recruiting a 2nd shift Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative for referral to our small, professional call center client in Greensboro! CSR will take inbound calls, set up new client accounts, service current client accounts, perform data entry, process paperwork for new clients, assist clients with billing and account information. Will communicate with customers over the phone, through email and fax. Position requires EXCELLENT: speaking voice, problem solving and listening skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Must be able to speak and understand Spanish fluently. (Testing will be administered to qualify applicants). Once permanent with the company, full benefit package becomes available. On-site Wellness Center available to all permanent employees! Work to hire, 2nd shift (will train on 1st shift). Pay to start $10.50-$11/hr. Minimum Requirements: - Good job, attendance record (verifiable), references and background report. - Must pass drug test and safety evaluation. - NC Driver?s License or NC issued I.D. card and Social Security Card. - Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a call center/office environment. (Prior experience as a Switchboard Operator or Receptionist acceptable) - Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English - Available immediately for temporary or work to permanent assignments - Reside in Piedmont area - Have reliable transportation.
