a Mortgage - Lost Mitigation Specialist Job Opening in greensboro, North Carolina - a Mortgage - Lost Mitigation Specialist Scope of Work: Mitigate company losses by contacting borrowers who are delinquent on their mortgage insured by well known insurance company. Position will attempt to workout a plan to cure the delinquency or through the sale of the insured property prior to the foreclosure sale by securing cash and note settlements from the borrower. Must have: -Ability to work 12 p.m.-9 p.m. -Five years of experience in mortgage lender/servicer or real estate brokerage firm -Lost mitigation experience. -Excellent written and oral communication -Strong negotiation skills necessary to deal with lenders, closing agents and real estate agents -Keen decision making involving significant amounts of money and GSE's and customers -Ability to organize a heavy work load in a fast paced environment -Basic computer skills greensboro nc north carolina
