Ritchey Automotive has immediate openings for a career minded sales professional--New and Pre-Owned Sales. Previous automotive sales experience a Plus. We will consider candidates with other sales experience that will relate to the Automotive Sales. Computer proficiency a plus. Previous auto sales experience is a plus but NOT A REQUIREMENT for this position. Those with experience in retail sales, cellphone sale, customer service, hospitality, account executive, financial services, mortgage and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to Auto Sales. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance and a valid driver?s license with an acceptable driving record and be able to pass a drug screening and background check. Job Qualifications
Prior Sales Leadership ? Dealership experience preferred but not required
Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
Follow up on leads daily with follow up calls and E-mails
Additional Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver?s License
Previous Sales Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Generate new business by prospecting, making follow up calls and educating customers on products and incentive programs.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proven closing and follow through
Basic Computer, CRM, Internet Skills
Attend all training and Sales Meeting
Motivated to gain continuous knowledge on inventory and technology
