The Salaried Sales Consultant is a fulltime salaried position responsible for ensuring a successful overall customer experience. Your goal will be to turn store visitors into loyal customers. You will assist customer purchases with product knowledge and process efficiency.
Salary: Fulltime Starting at $17.50 ? $22.50 per hour based on Sales experience.

Keys to success:
Interpersonal skills. Listening and communicating is necessary for success. The staff member should communicate effectively with customers and other staff members.
Strong interest in cars. The staff member should have or be able to learn basic knowledge of cars. He/she will be a specialist for the customer.
Excellent organizational skills. The staff member will schedule and track customer follow up.
Ability to deliver great customer experiences no matter what the situation is.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Drivers license required.
Excellent communication skills (additional languages are a plus!)
Genuine interest in CARS!
