Locally owned and fast growing landscaping design, construction and maintenance company is looking to hire outside sales reps to help keep up with constant demand for our residential clientele. Edward?s Lawn & Home, LLC is a locally owned, award winning landscape design, construction and maintenance company. Our main office is based in Linthicum Heights, MD. We have been in business since 2007 and have seen solid, consistent growth year after year. With our continued success, we are looking to hire full time, outside sales representatives to fill added roles on our sales team. We offer a comprehensive compensation structure, are a fun and fast paced company to work for with room for advancement and growth.
You will be provided with qualified leads on a weekly basis. Outside sales rep will be expected to take on approximately 300-400+ of provided leads in a given year. Approximately 60% of business leads will be provided by the company, the remaining 40% will be the responsibility of the employee to self generate. Outside marketing, warms calling our client database, networking groups, canvassing, generating outside referrals etc. will be expected above and beyond all provided company leads from the salesperson.
Sales representative will be provided with a company vehicle and cell phone to perform daily functions. Inside workspace will be provided at our main office location with all software and computing capabilities to allow sales rep to take information from onsite sales appointments and generate new quotes. Time management skills and willingness to go above and beyond is extremely important to be successful in this position.
WHAT WE NEED OUT OF YOU:
Ability to generate and close new residential landscape construction & maintenance business
Excellent people skills, ability to build rapport with new clients quickly
Possess excellent time management skills and reliability
Showing to appointments on time in clean, company provided uniform
Must be motivated, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile to close sales
Understanding of selling process, industry specific is preferred (construction, landscape etc.) however we will train on industry procedures and pricing if need be.
Knowledge of industry specific practices, materials used, horticulture is preferred
Ability to self-generate leads and promote the company

There is NO cap on commissions , the more you sell, the more potential to earn! First full year outside sales reps anticipate earnings between $50,000 - $80,000+, however, higher earnings can be obtained based on performance.
