Qualifications for Automotive Sales Associate:
Work with customers to identify and meet their needs in their vehicle purchase
Study the vehicles and become well versed in their values and benefits
Study and learn the process to sell and deliver a vehicle by Cardinal Standards
Maintain customer follow up and contact to ensure satisfaction and generate leads
Speaks Mandarin and English fluently
Job Requirements for Automotive Sales Associate:
Bi lingual a plus, but not required
A valid Drivers License without and DUI violations
outgoing personality, willing to work directly with the public
a willingness to dedicate themselves to building this new career
Excellent appearance, exceptional verbal communication and written skills
a verifiable and steady job history
basic computer and internet proficiency
Saturday availability is required
must be willing to accept guidance and direction to optimize sales
