Our Commercial Department is seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales professional for our growing department. Our goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and our employees with unlimited earning potential! Role/Requirements:
This individual must have successful outside sales experience in business to business accounts. Minimum 2 years.
Must be able to achieve mutually determined sales goals monthly
Ability to self-teach and the drive to consistently expand commercial insurance knowledge
Ability to successfully perform the following: market prospecting, needs based analysis, proposal presentations and closing of deals
Thoroughly understand, and follow, all underwriting, rating & compliance rules of the agency & carriers
Confidence to increase sales in a competitive market
Hours per week - minimum of 40
Required P & C License or Certification
