Magazine in 2015. We offer explosive boxing and kickboxing group workouts to women and men across the US in our dynamic, modern franchise locations. The corporate team is growing and we?re looking to expand our in-house sales team. The Sales Professional must have amazing skills, ability to beat deadlines, work in a fast-pace environment and be open to change. We?re looking for a smart, savvy fitness enthusiast with an ability to blend his/her passion for health and wellness with business. We need your expertise and enthusiasm to grow TITLE Boxing Club not only nationally, but internationally.

Base salary draw plus commission and full benefit package offered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand prospective franchisee needs and requirements for their success
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Close sales and achieve annual quota
Ability to communicate effectively, to motivate, convince and influence people
Stellar presentation skills
Consultative sales experience
IDEAL CANDIDATE

Strong and accurate presentation skills
Technologically savvy ? able to generate leads through social media
Prospect, generate leads, deliver presentations and close new franchise sales
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing workflow while managing multiple projects
Proven success in meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly and annual growth targets
Self-starter and highly motivated to achieve goals
Excellent listening skills
QUALIFICATIONS

Passion for health and wellness
Strong phone presence
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, as well as incoming lead follow-up
6+ years? experience as a top achiever in a professional sales position with a proven track record of successes, franchise sales a plus
Strong people skills and good at overcoming objections
Able to utilize CRM sales systems
