Sign Company needs Inside Sales Person Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - Fun and fast growing sign and promotional products facility, Fastsigns Overland Park seeks full time Customer Service Representative. Looking for an experienced, energetic person with some understanding of art terms and/or sign experience, a professional appearance, basic math skills, and computer skills. We have years of experience and will help train the right candidate but experience in the printing or promotional products industry is needed.
This position is responsible for first point of contact for walk-in, email, E commerce, and telephone customers. The representative will make recommendations and make product suggests to sell to prospects, follow up on new leads and referrals, and complete all paperwork and follow their order through to delivery.
Meet and greet clients and customers
Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
Manage customer order entries
Manage and update client accounts
Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
Update client databases
Perform general administration tasks
Support other departments
