NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Process Communication & Trainer to join our team in Providence, RI.
Role Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the design of technical training courses for internal and external customers to drive critical business outcomes
-Interacts with NTT Data Services team members and functional organizations, partners, and customers, to develop specifications for content of courses. Curriculum content may include, but is not limited to, Business-related (sales, services, operations, finance, etc.) content, product, technology, tools, and processes
-Works with subject matter experts (SME) to ensure that course material achieves desired learning outcomes
-Follows an established instructional design model to ensure quality of training and process (e.g., ADDIE)
-Acts as subject matter expert when determining and designing and developing curriculum through research, NTT Data Services team member input, and advanced knowledge
-Works with SME's and/or attends pilot training to design and document knowledgeable training content
-Ensures train-the-trainer sessions are conducted in a standardized, accurate, and level appropriate manner to ensure maximum learning and knowledge transfer and test trainer delivery capability within sessions
-Works closely with stakeholders to continuously improve the effectiveness of the content
-Uses strong project management processes to ensure quality and timely completion of development projects
-Ensures regional and cultural challenges are considered and incorporated into the training design
-Stays current in best practices, tools, and applications across learning and training industry
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare industry
-Minimum 2 years training experience or equivalent health claims experience
-Strong communication (written/oral), organization, and presentation skills
-Effectively use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Must be self-directing and manage training schedule
-Demonstrate professionalism with peers, subordinates, superiors and
Customers?
-Manage time and prioritize effectively
-Demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment
-Subject matter expert in Healthcare Payer processes and procedures
Preferences:
- Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
-3 plus years of health care claim processing experience
-CMS health claims experience
-Knowledge of CMS pricing guidelines for health claims
-Captivate or Epiplex proficiency
