Property Title Search Specialist Job Opening in Middletown, Rhode island - ProTitleUSA is a fast-paced, rapidly growing nationwide title company. We have immediate openings for Property Title Search Specialists at our new Middletown, Rhode Island location.
Candidate Must Have:
At least two years? experience working in an office setting
Must type an average of at least 50 words per minute
Must be computer savvy and fluent in web browsing (IE Microsoft Word and Excel, Windows OS)
Individual must be detail oriented, responsible and a fast learner
Duties :
Search for and verify titles to property
Provide tax and assessment information, which may require phone calls to county tax collectors
Search real estate records for deeds, mortgages, liens and other pertinent documents
Provide client with accurate property reports ranging from current owner to full title searches
Prior experience would be beneficial; however, training will be provided to suitable candidates.
This is a full-time position. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am ? 4:00pm. Salary will begin at $15/hour, based on experience. Healthcare and Dental are offered after 90 days of employment.
