Benchmark Office Systems Inc, is a woman-owned, small business and is celebrating 18 years in business and is a solid, fast growing company that is adding this new position, key team member. We are looking for a superstar to work with our team of superstars. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for inside customer sales support including supporting our customers via phone and email. Training provided for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Ability to make at least 50 calls/day
Position duties will include:
Understand and resolve customer service issues
Provide support for outside sales staff for proposals and orders
Prepare proposals, analyses, and contracts
Identify new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow up and outbound color calls and email marketing
Maintain notes in Salesforce CRM
Follow up with customers for installs
Collaborate with sales team on strategic selling activities
This is a full time position at our office in Londonderry, NH with hours of M-F 9-5 and includes benefits. Benefits include:
