Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - We are an established highly successful Colorado company that is expanding to Arizona in the Phoenix area. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor at a new location and join a new team with a growing company. This position is responsible for growing the company presence in Phoenix by selling training services and courses. The position requires about 80% sales and 20% light office duties in our Tempe location.
Job Requirements
Telemarketing and sales skills
Proven track record of achieving sales goals
Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Demonstrated expertise in initiating and managing successful sales relationships
Account executive experiences on nurturing and growing client relationships
Ability to form customer partnerships that exceed expectations and help customers identify and execute the appropriate training strategies for their business success
Must enjoy both selling on the phone as well as meeting prospective clients in person
History of working with limited supervision in a fast-paced self-driven environment
Strong customer service skills
Exceptional relationship building skills
Excellent communication and follow up skills including both written and verbal
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Must have own insured vehicle in good working condition to travel within state
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, salesforce and the internet
Desirable but Not Required
Experience selling professional services
Compensation: $34,000-$36,000 base + uncapped commissions
