HCSI is based in Utah. We are a national company that provides HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and HR training, compliance plans, and implementation support for healthcare organizations.
Our "done-for-you" compliance program is in high demand because doctors and practice administrators struggle to make time to develop a formal compliance program with the many other demands.
As a member of our sales team at HCSI, you?ll have both sales and compliance training available to support you in your efforts to prospect, sell, and maintain a relationship with customers of our compliance solutions.
This fulltime position allows the flexibility of working from home, but is primarily a position that will require you to travel throughout your territory, and then communicate with contacts via phone and email.
The Sales Process
First: As you meet with the person responsible for compliance within small to mid-sized healthcare practices, you will introduce HCSI as the compliance solution many in the area are using to overcome the paralysis that comes to most who oversee compliance in a practice due to an already overfilled and demanding schedule.
Second: After determining an interest in HCSI, you will request permission to show the program online. You will then step the person through the program and show them how to purchase. If ready to purchase you will simply have them fill out basic account information.
*This is a very simple sales process.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently, traveling from practice to practice to sell
Ability to develop a tracking system for prospects
