Assistant Finance Manager Job Opening in Ogden, Utah - Dunk-Lee Auto is a successful used car dealership offering in-house financing solutions to our customers. We are actively seeking qualified applicants to fill an Assistant Finance Manager Office position. Applicants must have 2 years or more work experience performing clerical and/or bookkeeping duties.
The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining an accurate record of a company's business transactions and cash flow through the use of Quickbooks online, Excel and other accounting software. He/She is expected to create income statements, manage balance sheets and oversee the financial transactions of individual departments and separate business entities.
In addition the Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for managing customer files, inputting data/loans in web based applications, calling insurance companies, verifying policy coverage, and calling customers for payments. Other duties include: assisting the finance manger, general sales manager and owner/operators with their daily tasks.
Applicants must have clean criminal record, good driving record and strong work history.
