Senior Accountant/CPA Candidate Job Opening in New Bedford, Massachusetts - We are seeking to add a new Senior Accountant with 3+ years career-relevant work experience to our CPA firm. Technical skills in public accounting, including audit, preparation of financial statements, disclosures, tax planning/tax returns, management letters and efficient work paper documentation are prerequisites. You must have knowledge of accounting systems, client engagement planning and management, and show a track record of focus on billable client hours and meeting deadlines. You must have a BS in Accounting, but we will consider candidates with a related degree. 150 hour completion preferred, and be on the CPA career track with basic knowledge of accounting concepts. This team member will have enthusiasm, superior communication skills, and be a professional role model.
