Reports to Branch Manager
Summary/Objective
This role will provide the highest level of customer service to the branch?s residential and commercial community, this includes professionally presenting Triton Stone Group?s product offering i.e. Natural Stone, Porcelain, Ceramic, Specialty Tile, and Mosaics along with selling material products while maintaining Triton Stone Group?s standards, value, and teamwork to achieve overall goals.
Essential Functions
Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through interaction with the customer.
Generates sales within the company?s established trading partners.
Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services by customers.
Works closely with co-workers to ensure superior customer service.
Responds to requests from customers for information.
Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the stone, tile and plumbing industries.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in design or business discipline or equivalent experience.
A minimum of five years in a sales or sales support role in the granite, tile, plumbing, or kitchen and bath design industries.
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 1-2 SATURDAYS PER MONTH FROM 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
