National Who's Who Sales Consultant Job Opening in Yorktown Heights, New york - The Blue Book Building and Construction Network, an Employee-Owned enterprise, has a new and exciting opportunity for a full-time National Account Manager, Media Sales with experience in selling B2B, digital and print ad media and event sponsorships.
We?re looking for someone who is anxious to enhance their career with our 100+ year old brand! The National Account Manager, Media Sales will help lead and shape the sales experience of the largest national clients within The Blue Book Network media sales business. This position will report to the Vice President responsible for National Accounts, based in New York.

We?re Looking For Someone Who Can:
Build long-term relationships with national players that enable The Blue Book Network to serve as an extension of our customers and their businesses within the commercial construction industry;
Create integrated media product solutions for targeted audiences leveraging The Who?s Who in Building and Construction Magazine and sponsorship opportunities at our Who?s Who events;
Create analytics to track success and determine best strategies for refining and improving engagement;
Manage new business prospecting activities including lapsed account and maximize revenue growth across deal opportunities;
Optimize outside sales performance;
Provide timely feedback to the Sales Management Team regarding outside sales performance;
Serve as a thought leader for advertising team, including but not limited to regular executive selling;
Maintain knowledge of industry trends.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum education requirements High School Diploma or equivalent or Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred;
Experience in driving revenue through both transaction (high volume) and consultative (problem solving solution selling)
Excellent people leadership and management skills with a new business lead gen team
Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas and goals
8-10 years of experience in an outside sales role
Prior Media Sales experiences
Strong analytical skills
Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time
