Reservation Sales Agent Job Opening in Brooklyn, New york - PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: The Reservation Sales Associate (RSA) handles all guest inbound calls for general information and booking reservations. RSAs answer questions regarding programs and pricing, records transactions by reserving the rental vehicle on the computer. RSAs serve the customer by giving accurate information in an efficient, courteous manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Complete knowledge of U-Save hours of operations, directions to the facility. * Understanding of various vehicles offered at our location including but not limited to 12 and 15 Passenger Vans, Luxury Sprinter Vans, Cargo Vans and Mercedes C300 Vehicles * Knowledge of U-SAVE website with the ability to navigate and guide callers to various sections based on their desired needs. * Complete understanding of U-SAVE reservation system with the ability to guide callers to the reservation section of U-SAVE website or book activities desired by the caller. * Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. * Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Experience in handling a high volume of multi line phone calls efficiently. * Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes; can bring a sale to closure quickly at a high return rate. * Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) ? possesses confident telephone skills and etiquette. * Excellent computer software skills. * Hospitality industry and/or travel industry experience is considered an asset. * Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to sit for long periods while answering phone calls, good hearing ability, pleasant and clear phone voice.
