Job Summary:
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls pertaining to company products and services
Facilitate sales leads
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers, prospective customers and intercompany personnel
Meet personal / team goals
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Record details of customer correspondences, make appropriate notations on accounts and file documents
Perform various administrative tasks as needed by management team
Possibly deliver product to local customers
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Respond and follow up with customer inquiries promptly
Take the extra mile to engage customers in meaningful conversation as time permits
Inform customers of company promotions or services
Support sales team with customer and product information
Requirements:
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to discern situations to make decisions which provide the best possible outcome for our customers
Reliable transportation to be at work within scheduled work hours

Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Working experience with MS Office business applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
