High school diploma or equivalent
Must have previous experience in:
- Endoscopy room set up.
- Responsible for proper clean up, disinfection, and maintenance of endoscopic equipment.
- Assist the physician with collecting biopsies.
- acts on behave of patients to ensure safe care
- utilize problem-solving skills to recognize and solve technical problems.
- Order and organize supplies for the Endoscopy suite.
- Maintain documentation of all procedures and accurate reporting to other healthcare personnel.
- Participates in process improvement and maintenance of quality control records for Endoscopy equipment.
- Attends all staff meetings and mandatory inservices.
