The Administrator directs and manages the interdisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the home health patient and family. S/he communicates patient information to the business office and promotes a positive working relationship with the family, physician, and other agencies. May carry caseload due to ebb and flow of patient census. S/he is responsible for applying the rules and regulations of state and federal regulatory agencies and other certified agencies.
