A/P Coordinator Job Opening in Charleston, South carolina - Charleston's finest and largest Homeowners Association and Condominium Regime Management company is actively seeking a qualified individual with EXPERIENCE in A/P accounting. This position is open immediately.
Attention to detail and a genuinely positive attitude are required. Significant advantages for a degreed professional and real estate-related or property management type accounting experience.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: Code and enter accounts payable vendor invoices for multiple homeowner associations; Verify and maintain physical and electronic vendor files; Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries; Review and enter new vendor set-up requests; Maintain vendor insurance records; Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies; Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
This is fast-paced work in a business where little surprises us. Integrity, honesty and attention to details are absolutely required. We seek a career-minded person so job-hopping is not good in your past or your plans for the future.
Office hours are M-F, 8:30 am - 5:00 are extremely busy and we are growing!
