This is an exciting and rewarding position in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment within the digital printing industry located in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Strong computer skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills are a must. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. No relocation assistance available.
Responsibilities Include :
Administrative processing of shipments with an expertise in international shipping.
Assist, as necessary, the Warehouse Team with shipping activities.
Administrate moving products between companies or warehouse to another.
Review orders for accuracy and then forward pick lists to the Warehouse for processing.
Capable of completing and able to certify dangerous goods shipments.
Prepare certificates of origin, bills of lading, NAFTA certificates and shipper export declaration with accuracy.
Communicate with freight forwarders, third-party warehousing and transportation companies.
Organization, recordkeeping, and retention of shipping documentation.
Experience and Skills:
Physically able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
Must have excellent computer skills; MS Office, Word & Excel, Accounting and shipping.
Must have excellent math skills; metric conversions and dealing with foreign currencies.
Extensive proven success in a related field is required.
Capable of working unsupervised in a fast-paced environment; must be detail-oriented, well-organized, must be able to multi task and prioritize.
Ability to work as a team player is essential.
Hazardous Materials Shipping certification or past certification and ability to recertify.
Exhibit professional phone etiquette; articulate clearly both written and orally with domestic and international partners, customers, fellow employees and customs officials.
Must have flexibility to work any schedule and when needed, be able to provide customer service coordination in different time zones.
Fluent in Spanish a plus.
