They will possess creativity when it comes to merchandizing and displaying products, business acumen to negotiate with vendors and manage inventory, and expert brand and product knowledge to meet the needs of our patients.
Role Summary:
This role will encompass the merchandising, displaying and selling of products in our retail environment, including inventory and leading of part-time staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Create and maintain product on display, face product on shelves and monitor expiration dates
Reorder product to maintain stock in store, research and order new product
Research trends in product and merchandising to further enhance the store at Think
Oversee in-store promotional events and/or displays
Carry out product recommendations and special orders for patients, customers and employees
Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain Think?s reputation
Track sales and inventory working closely with Logistics, Accounting and IT (QS-1) to ensure accuracy and proper planning
Demonstrate knowledge of QS-1 point of sale software, entering new products, running reports, maintaining and adjusting product information, etc.
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
Maintain relationships with vendors, bring in new suppliers as needed
Cover cafe barista?s responsibilities, as needed
Scheduling and time-tracking, coaching, and training of part-time staff
Other duties as assigned
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience:
2+ years pharmacy retail experience
1+ year experience in ordering merchandise, displaying, and inventory
Excellent customer service
Excellent computer skills
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or related education preferred
