Pharmaceutical (API) Compounding Sales Rep Job Opening in Boca Raton, Florida - API Sales Rep ? Compounding Industry ? 2 Years COMPOUNDING SALES Experience REQUIRED
We are seeking sales candidates with a BA/BS degree that have existing relationships with Compounding Pharmacies around the USA. Candidates must have a passion for serving customers and growing the API Distribution business. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills.
To be considered, candidate MUST have compounding industry Sales and Customer Service experience. Along with compounding pharmacy experience, we will look for existing team building, presentation, research and communication skills and high level of professionalism.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Build, retain, and grow relationships with Compounding Pharmacies.
Respond to via telephone and email, while meeting all corporate guidelines and performance standards.
Demonstrates appropriate customer-care skills such as empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, helpfulness and other skills as identified.
Records, investigates and resolves member complaints as detailed in the Grievance Procedure narrative.
Recommends new ideas for growth and development of sales.
Logs, tracks and appropriately documents all issues utilizing on-line systems and procedures, and in accordance with all applicable guidelines and requirements.
Performs skills necessary to create a high-quality customer experience.
Proactively generate sales from new customers in a timely manner via cold calling and follow-up from sales leads.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the organization?s COMPOUNDING Pharmaceutical products and services.
Qualify, engage, validate customers? needs and close opportunities using strong interpersonal skills.
Sell in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture while implementing corporate sales POA.
Use of CRM to consistently provide strong customer follow-up and weekly progress reports to sales management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 2 years of COMPOUNDING Pharmacy Sales experience
A Bachelor?s degree is required.
Proven ability for excellence in Sales and Customer Service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Must possess strong multi-tasking, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Ability to act on feedback provided by showing ownership of his or her own development.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written instructions.
Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies; ability to adapt to customers? changing needs.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from members.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
TECHNICAL :
Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
Knowledge of CRM software
