Sales Consultant & Manager Job Opening in Eau Claire, Wisconsin - Asher Lasting Exteriors is now hiring for an experienced Sales Consultant/Sales Manager to join its expanding sales staff. Candidate would be working as a Sales Consultant and also managing the rest of the sales staff; which includes sales training, meeting and exceeding goals, job site visits, etc.
Candidates who have previous professional experience in sales, marketing, and/or design are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with proven experience related to exterior home improvements are preferred, but not required. Candidates must have sales experience, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, an affinity for technology, and a team-oriented outlook. A strong customer service background and leadership personality is required. Candidate should also be highly motivated and have a competitive personality.
