The Kayser Automotive Group, a 90 year old Family owned dealership group, has an opening for one Executive Level Automotive Salesperson at our Madison location.
This is a fast paced work environment and we are in search for someone with:
Automotive sales experience
High energy
Experience with internet sales
Excellent communication
Strong desire to better themselves and their community
We will Provide:
Consistent leads via internet, phone and walk-in.
Large Budget Car Focus.
Management and Involved Ownership Support
All the Web/Tech Support managed on your behalf
A Dominant Internet Advertising Strategy
Access to All prospects (floor traffic, phone, chat and internet leads)
Multiple Organic Lead Sources (store ave. of 100 used email leads/mo.)
A small but effective sales force allows ample opportunity to sell over 20 units per month.
Opportunity for Above Average Earnings, under our Executive Automotive pay plan, salespersons selling 20 new and used cars/mo. earn *$96,000/yr. NO MINIS! and Free Health Care & one Saturday off per month.
PLUS:
3 Additional weeks vacation if over 20 units per month.
Above standard vacation earned + Cash Bonus + (no minis),
Free Health Care
Bonus payouts for acquiring inventory outside of auctions or trade-ins

Candidates Must Provide:
Automotive Sales Experience (Automotive Internet Sales preferred)
