Aftermarket Sales Representative Job Opening in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin - Fairchild Equipment, Inc. is seeking a self-starting stable, hard-working, dependable and motivated Aftermarket Representative in Menomonee Falls, WI for our Fairchild Southern Division. This position requires you to work with customers and mechanics on a day-to-day basis to achieve profitability, growth and account penetration within the Fairchild Southern Division segment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sell parts, service and rental within the counties of Dodge, Fond du Lac, and Sheboygan.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
Promote, sell, and secure orders for our Fairchild Southern Division.
Demonstrate products and services that best suits the needs of the customer.
Develop proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers.
Analyze the territory?s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers.
Plan and organize personal sales strategy.
Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
Accept new duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Demonstrate aptitude and knowledge of equipment.
Ability to organize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Ability to take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed by the Sales Manager.

High School diploma or GED is desired.
1+ years of sales experience is required.
1+ years of mechanical is required.
Knowledge of materials handling industry is desired.
Excellent customer service and computer skills.
Adapt and work in a fast pace environment.
