Sales Support Job Opening in New Berlin, Wisconsin - Sales team member responsible for all activities required to support and maintain customers. Responsibilities include; customer relationship management, order entry, sales tool development, and communication of customer requirements throughout the organization.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Sales
Assist Sales with order entry, account management and customer support
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate sales associate
Assist the sales team with maintaining and updating sales information
Organize and maintain materials for trade shows (samples, printed documents, etc.)
Develop and maintain sales materials
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
Assist in identifying and resolving client concerns
Support in the development and implementation of special sales activities to drive sales
Greet and screen visitors
Mail distribution
Other duties as assigned
Communication & Planning
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special requirements, pertinent information, and feedback received from the general market to appropriate company staff or customers
Assist in planning and implementing special sales activities to drive sales
Maintain clear and concise communication of customer requirements throughout the organization, including sales team members, production, graphics design, marketing and shipping

Required education:
High school or equivalent
Required experience:
Customer Service: 1 year
Data Entry: 1 year
