Dairymaster USA Inc. is currently recruiting for Dairy Equipment Sales Specialists. An attractive commission is available for the right candidates. The role can be filled as a part time or full time role. Sales and installation training will be provided as part of the role. If you are successful in obtaining the role, there will be a small fee charged to you for your starter pack which will include a selection of sale tools and some branded clothing.
Role and Responsibilities
Sell and install an award winning animal health monitoring systems to dairy producers in your area.
Providing training to the customer on how to use the system.
Provide some basic technical support for the customer for a grace period after the initial installation.
Generate leads for the system and collect testimonials from satisfied customers in your area who are happy to provide them.
Report back to the Dairymaster Regional Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
Required Skills/Competencies
A motivated self starter who is both resilient, flexible and business focused.
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence others
Well organised, detail oriented and not afraid of a challenge.
Hold a valid driver?s licence and have their own vehicle.
Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Be tech savvy with an interest in selling a high tech solution that will help dairy producers become more efficient.
Minimum 3rd level education and experience in agriculture and/or dairy industry is strongly preferred.
Experience in dairy cow husbandry and dairy reproductive knowledge would be ideal.
Previous sales experience is not required but would be strongly preferred.
Experience in customer relations is an asset.
