Regional Sales Director Job Opening in Mount Pleasant, South carolina - We are a multi-location residential construction supplier with 5 locations in SC, NC and GA. Our corporate office is in Mt. Pleasant, SC. We sell, furnish and install cabinets and countertops to builders and to the public. Our working environment is exciting and fast-paced.
Job duties include:
recruiting, training, monitoring, and developing sales force in all locations
developing new procedures and programs for monitoring sales force
monitoring and ensuring sales force's adherence to current policies and procedures
researching and developing market share and growth at each location
discovering and solving problems effectively alongside sales force
periodically meet with builders/customers for feedback and maintenance
traveling among our 5 locations regularly to handle the above duties
Must be experienced in sales and have proven management background. Experience in residential construction supply/installation desired. Position is headquartered in Mount Pleasant, SC (Charleston area) Please send resume with salary expectations and your availability.
