Essential Functions:
Prepares bids, quotes, contracts, and RFQ/RFI responses for potential customers.
Processes sales orders for new series projects and spare parts.
Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
Maintains contact with clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
Assists with reviewing, analyzing and modifying contract information to establish beneficial and advantageous positions for the company.
Coordinates and manages resource requirements along with the production and purchasing managers to ensure there are no delays on confirmed sales orders.
Analyzes discounts and unit price differences.
Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies.
Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
Other duties as determined by skill level and corporate needs.
