Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Be more than an order taker. Be an asset to our customers.
Satisfy customers' needs in a timely manner
Use the phone to sell - Use email to confirm
Main point of contact for designated accounts
Offer product solutions for customers including maintenance staff, purchasing agents and engineers
Promote value added services to customers with industry insight and market intelligence
Develop effective working relationships with our suppliers to maximize sales opportunities
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer order flow and fulfillment
Enter customer orders
Participate in weekly training meetings for product updates and technical training
Make joint calls with outside sales
