Sales Associate Job Opening in Ann Arbor, Michigan - President Tuxedo is looking for part-time talented customer service and sales associates. Candidate is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with and servicing people. Our stores are located within major malls and shopping centers with hours of operation ranging from 10 am through 9 pm (shifts will vary). Must have weekend and evening availability, as well as evening availability during the week. Previous retail and cash-handling experience preferred, but not required. Position Responsibilities:
All aspects of customer service
Assisting customers with selection of formal wear and other related services.
Selling and informing customers of how our business functions, the benefits involved, and explaining our extensive product lines.
Servicing and fitting customers for their formal wear.
Use of our POS (point of sale) system for order entry and confirmations.
Store maintenance General housekeeping and store organization. Store displays and overall cleanliness.
