Our client, a large, established, international logistics and operations management company, is in need of an On Site Support Specialist at their offices located on the East side of Cleveland.
The On Site Support Specialist is responsible for help desk / ticket investigations as well as working with the Fleet Management Team by performing such duties such as testing, knowledge based documentation and analysis and identification of training gaps. Additionally, the Support Specialist will also be working with the Fleet Management team to document help desk processes and procedures training materials along with creating a Continuous Process Program with performance metrics. This position provides coverage for OFF SHIFT and WEEKEND HOURS.
The successful candidate must have the following:
BS Logistics or Supply Chain or BS Business Administration
Knowledge and experience in transportation and/or logistics systems, warehouse systems, supply chain or other related field.
Ability to resolve user issues and complete required help ticket
Solid understanding of various financial statements, transport logistics, regulatory laws and corporate policy
Firm grasp of accounting measures and statistical inference
Cost effective practices with transport
Excellent communication skills
Collaborative work style
Flexible availability
