Part Time Accountant Job Opening in New Hope, Pennsylvania - Enter receipts and invoices into the GL, process expense reports and enter credit card charges, chase missing receipts, and disburse checks
Process daily invoices/credits, apply cash receipts and deposit received checks
Upload financial information to journals, registers, and ledgers
Assist the accounting team in ledger close responsibilities, analysis and various assigned ledger activities.
Perform month-end credit card and bank statement reconciliations and remediate discrepancies
Produce month-end financial and operating report
