Currently looking for a UI Engineer who has 3+ years web application development experience in JavaScript, specifically in AngularJS or similar modern JavaScript frameworks [React, Backbone, KnockoutJS etc.] The ideal Javascript Software Engineer will have a Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Responsibilities of the UI/Javascript Software Engineer
Analyze issues and requirements and translate these into processes and/or software development tasks.
Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with architects, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas and following the software development life-cycle
Prepare and develop solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Provide SmartClient (a software product written in Java and Object Oriented JavaScript), Microsoft SQL Server and production script development support.
Meet established deadlines and perform additional IT tasks as required.
Requirements of the UI/Javascript Software Engineer
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years of related software design and development experience
Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented JavaScript development, both with and without frameworks such as ExtJS or JQuery
Familiarity with Java web development
AngularJS or similar modern JavaScript frameworks React, Backbone, KnockoutJS etc.
