HOTEL MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT Job Opening in great falls, Montana - HOTEL MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT Maintain hotel equipment, furnishings, and rooms in optimal operating condition by performing repairs as necessary. Must have dry wall (texturing), painting (latex based paints), ceramic tile, carpet & laminate floor installation ("snap & click") & minor carpentry. Minor electrical & plumbing experience a plus! Property undergoing renovations, most remodeling projects completed in-house. Must have minimum three years general construction or hotel remodeling experience, this is NOT a "handy-man" or "fix-it" position. Must be able to work without supervision and follow orders of the General Manager. Hotel has most tools for remodeling & repair projects, however candidate with their own tools preferred. One week paid vacation after first year of employment plus $600.00 cash bonus. Retirees, Baby-boomers, Minorities and Women strongly urged to apply.
